History of BRG

Business Research Group, Inc. was founded in May 1996. We are a full service research company based in Springfield, Missouri. We specialize in personal “one on one” customer service evaluations for businesses with multiple locations.

Our mission has always been to help businesses better understand their customers, competition and opportunities. Several of our partners in business are in the gaming industry. We introduce programs to their employees that measure their friendliness to the customer on a day to day basis. The employee is measured, by our on-site shoppers, for their smile, eye contact, verbal greeting and a verbal departure to each customer they come in contact with.
